What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle all assigned claims promptly and effectively with minimal oversight
- Determine proper policy coverages and resolve cases in alignment with company guidelines
- Open, close, and adjust reserves according to company practices
- Maintain current knowledge of insurance, repair procedures, and local market pricing
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three to five years of related property claims experience or comparable job-related experience
- State licensing where required and successful completion of necessary claims certification training
- Strong customer service competency and communication skills
- Ability to handle claims of varying complexity from start to finish
- Experience working in a catastrophe environment and the ability to carry a ladder and climb roofs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior insurance field/property claims handling or adjusting experience
- Proficiency with Xactimate and prior estimate writing experience
- Experience in a customer service environment with flexible work schedules
- Commercial claims property experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of investigation, consultation, and settlement activities for property damage claims
