What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain maximum uptime for computer systems and associated broadband connectivity
- Implement and maintain field computer systems for all entities within the assigned area
- Support and train users as needed
- Identify and coordinate solutions for security gaps and compliance issues
- Participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with technologies such as networking, security-monitoring equipment, and digital video equipment
- Current, valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in a moderate-risk environment requiring special safety precautions
- Capacity for physical exertion, including moving a minimum of 50 lbs
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with alarm systems, VoIP, analog phones, and cash drawers
- Previous experience in a technical support role or related field
