      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct calls and visits to dealerships to secure potential deals for the employer
      - Perform field underwriting, including credit report analysis and income calculation
      - Investigate deals by interacting with customers, dealers, and various outside entities
      - Track deal performance by monitoring early charge-offs and credit-adjusted yield
      - Ensure all aspects of underwriting align with the employer's profitability goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of college education; graduate degree preferred
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
      - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
      - Willingness to travel as part of the job requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with retail consumer servicing systems such as Daybreak
      - Proficiency in web navigation and web-based applications
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Strong supervision and leadership skills
      - Experience in automotive financing or related fields
