What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate with the collections team to assist in resolving past due accounts
- Maintain accurate records of past due account activity and field activity
- Complete customer field visits and product returns in a timely manner
- Keep assigned vehicle(s) clean and maintained
- Handle sensitive payment information securely

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid state driver's license and good driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Past collections or door-to-door sales experience or familiarity with the leasing industry
