What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and manage governance programs for field cybersecurity operations
- Develop and maintain policies, standards, and processes to support cybersecurity program goals
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of program initiatives
- Create training resources to enhance internal and external awareness and compliance
- Report periodically to senior leadership on program health and status

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of professional work experience in cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance or solution architecture
- Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience with Smart Building Technologies such as Control Systems and Building Management
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity compliance, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively across functions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, Sec+, or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate and drive organizational change
- Experience with technology-related compliance frameworks such as RMF, NIST, ISO 27001
- Technical project management experience using agile methodologies
