What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an owner’s representative by conducting field inspections and providing construction quality assurance
- Manage site schedules, travel, and communication with clients and onsite representatives
- Oversee electrical testing and commissioning activities, ensuring code compliance and identifying deficiencies
- Conduct assessments of power transformer testing results and oversee NETA vendor testing
- Create punch lists of deficiencies and ensure compliance with client processes and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of field electrical maintenance experience within engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of commercial projects
- Ability to identify onsite deficiencies and recommend resolutions
- Experience working with NETA qualified testing vendors and assessing test results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and Adobe/Bluebeam

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with medium voltage infrastructure and functional testing of relays
- Proven ability to work in small teams and coordinate onsite activities during outages
- Strong communication skills, with experience conveying findings to public or private entities
