What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the implementation of INFORM GroundStar RealTime Staff and Equipment resource management program across multiple airports
- Assist the Project Manager and Rollout Team Lead with project planning and risk assessment
- Collaborate with QA and station teams to ensure proper software testing and configuration
- Facilitate training and change management efforts to ensure organizational readiness
- Help communicate and mitigate project challenges to ensure smooth transitions into production

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of software implementation experience on large-scale/enterprise-level projects
- Strong expertise in change management
- Proficient in Office Professional Suite
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional groups

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Extensive experience with INFORM GroundStar RealTime Staff & Equipment or similar airport resource management tools
- Project Management certification
- General knowledge of IT functions and disciplines
- Advanced degree or equivalent work experience in Software Implementation or Project Management
