What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist students in securing practicum sites and preceptors for various nursing programs
- Utilize sales and marketing techniques to build relationships with healthcare facilities
- Develop and maintain agreements with practicum sites to ensure student access
- Communicate with students and practicum sites regarding requirements, policies, and procedures
- Assist in the training and mentoring of new team members and support field experience goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year experience supervising students in their field training experience
- Ability to manage high volume activities with strong attention to detail
- Commitment to the goals of diversity and social change
- Ability to write development plans with clear goals and objectives
- Experience working with non-traditional students

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with student support and academic counseling/advising
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and leveraging technology in learning
- Significant record of academic or professional contributions to the field
- Experience in addressing student questions regarding field experience preparation
- Ability to participate in residencies and national faculty meetings
