What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist students in securing practicum sites and preceptors for various nursing programs
- Utilize sales and marketing techniques to establish relationships with healthcare facilities
- Develop and maintain agreements with practicum sites to ensure student access
- Process and maintain documentation related to practicum placements
- Communicate with students and stakeholders regarding field experience information and requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year experience supervising students in their field training experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume activities
- Commitment to diversity and social change initiatives
- Ability to write development plans with clear goals and objectives
- Experience working with non-traditional students

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with student support and academic counseling
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and leveraging technology in learning
- Significant record of academic or professional contributions to the field
- Ability to assume a leadership role in coordinating field experience assessments
- Willingness to participate in residencies and national faculty meetings
