What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist students in securing practicum sites and preceptors for nursing practicum courses
- Build and manage relationships with healthcare facilities to maintain and expand practicum placements
- Develop and monitor agreements with practicum sites to ensure student access
- Communicate with students, practicum sites, and preceptors regarding field experience requirements
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members to enhance team performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year experience supervising students in their field training experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume activities
- Ability to write development plans with clear goals and objectives
- Commitment to the goals of diversity and social change
- Ability to work with non-traditional students

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with student support and academic counseling/advising
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and technology in learning
- Significant record of academic and/or professional contributions to the field of study
- Ability to assume a leadership role in coordinating field experience activities
- Willingness to participate in residencies and national faculty meetings
