- When not conducting policyholder visits in the field, field auditors will work from home or the CompSource Mutual office location
- Flexible schedule
- 1+ years of experience with auditing, payroll, accounting, or taxes.
- High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, strong computer skills, time management skills, and the ability to travel to meet clients at their place of business (Field positions only) are required.
- Candidates must be curious and possess a willingness to help.
- Valid driver’s license, motor vehicle insurance, and use of personal vehicle is required.

The Role:
As a Premium Auditor, you will always be on the move traveling within an assigned territory, meeting new people, building relationships, and learning about the businesses we insure. You will review financial records to ensure premiums charged are appropriate and educate policyholders on the nuances of the workers compensation system. You will provide vital information to your coworkers within the company and will be encouraged to learn the insurance business and seek professional designations to jumpstart your insurance career. While working from home, you will schedule your appointments and enjoy the benefits of a flexible work schedule. Salary range $55,000 - $70,000 annually determined based on experience and internal salary equity.
