What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead projects from inception to execution, providing strategic direction and managing project plans
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure project delivery and effective communication
- Document project progress and mitigate risks to ensure timely completion
- Present program status, risks, and escalations to leadership for buy-in and resolution
- Manage team programs and initiatives in partnership with leadership and key partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of project management experience
- Proven track record of excellent project management skills in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and partnership skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to influence and drive project efforts effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's or MBA degree
- At least 5 years of project management experience
- At least 1 year of people management experience
- PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
