- Req#: 347168
- Analyze warranty claims to determine the root cause and propose a resolution plan.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Marketing, and Sales), agents, and contractors in the field as needed to drive resolution of customer problems.
- Create and maintain detailed job files in the SAP quality module.
- Negotiate and Review field labor issues to determine validity prior to payment authorization.
- Travels to job sites to gather information and diagnose issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution
- 1+ years’ experience in a customer facing role.
- Basic knowledge of electronics and testing.
- Well-developed project management skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs

We’re looking for an Field Quality Engineer to join our Post Sales Support Team in Peachtree City GA.
You’ll be responsible for communicating with Agents, Internal Teams, and Manufacturing Plants daily to resolve technical and quality Post Sales Customer Issues while maintaining detailed job files in the SAP quality module.

• Salary: $59,900 – $79,800 USD
• Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 5%
