Description We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Recruiter to join our dynamic recruiting team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting qualified candidates for various field positions across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in the field to build a strong talent pipeline. The Field Recruiter role will focus on high volume recruiting, to find the best of the best team members to staff our parking locations. You will work closely with our parking operations managers by sourcing, screening, and sending them the top candidates that can provide outstanding customer service to our clients. The Recruiter will be an action-oriented, problem-solver who thrives on a grassroots recruitment, fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment. This Role will report directly to the Recruiting Manager
Key Responsibilities - Responsible for full cycle recruitment including posting jobs, conducting phone interviews, coordinating interviews and successful onboarding of Non-Exempt positions.
- Capable of swiftly hiring up to 100 employees for newly established locations.
- Ensure the accurate and timely maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), keeping candidate records up-to-date, tracking recruitment metrics, and streamlining the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team culture.
- Assist in the development of job postings and recruitment marketing materials tailored to field positions.
- Utilize social media and other advanced recruiting methods to source and retain high caliber candidates.
- Attract applicants and increase qualified candidate pool by conducting extensive research and leveraging job boards to generate paid advertisements and sponsored requisitions.
- Organize and attend job fairs and develop relationships with local colleges.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the selection process, fostering positive relationships with all candidates to make them feel valued and respected, regardless of the hiring decisions.
- Assist in identifying and developing talent for future leadership roles and ensuring a strong pipeline of potential candidates for key positions.
- Conduct reference checks when necessary.
- Prepare, collect, analyze, and summarize recruitment data.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Partner with the Onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to new hire.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state employment related requirements and laws.
- Other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - 2-5 years of experience in working in high volume recruiting.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or business preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- 25% Travel might be require
- Bilingual - English and Spanish
- Previous experience working in the Parking Industry.
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service focus
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment and interviewing practices.
- A disciplined approach with high attention to detail, creativity, and innovation

- Ability to work under strict timelines and unsupervised.
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (i.e Greenhouse, Pinpoint, UKG)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to travel to various job sites and events as required.
