What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop creative sourcing plans and engage with community resources to attract candidates
- Write and manage job postings to appeal to both active and passive candidates
- Screen, interview, and recommend candidates to fulfill staffing orders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of staffing or recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
- Experience with clinical and non-clinical healthcare recruitment is a major plus
- Proven track record of client engagement and navigating a diverse recruiting process
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
