      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute the go-to-market strategy and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
      - Onboard retail customers and train crop advisors and sales agronomists on the data insights platform
      - Collaborate with retail customers to enroll growers in InnerPlant's data insights
      - Support and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities, including grower meetings
      - Maintain timely records of field activities and customer interactions using CRM software

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Business, or a related field
      - Experience in agronomy, sales, customer success, or related fields is welcomed but not required
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      - Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
      - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
