      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with distributors and clients
      - Conduct a minimum of 300 customer contacts per week through various communication methods
      - Implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and adapt as needed
      - Develop an in-depth understanding of product designs for branding applications
      - Collaborate with internal support staff and customers to ensure successful sales outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of Field/Outside Sales experience is required
      - Strong computer skills with practical experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
      - Valid driver's license
      - Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team
      - Proven ability to create and execute sales plans

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Experience in the promotional products industry is a plus but not required
      - Dynamic personality with strong interpersonal skills
      - Exceptional sales negotiation and presentation skills
      - Proven track record of translating strategic plans into actionable items
