      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with distributors and clients
      - Conduct a minimum of 300 customer contacts per week through various communication methods
      - Implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and adapt as needed
      - Develop an in-depth understanding of product designs and their applications for branding
      - Collaborate with internal support staff and management to ensure successful sales outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of Field/Outside Sales experience
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Strong computer skills with practical experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
      - Valid driver's license
      - Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
