      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate leads and call on assigned customer accounts to drive sales and establish relationships
      - Maintain effective business rapport with customers, ensuring professional and timely transactions
      - Pursue new business leads through various resources to expand the customer base
      - Facilitate follow-through on sales cycles by coordinating with customers and internal teams
      - Attend business reviews and meetings to align on opportunities and strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with two years of Engineering and/or Component Sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Thorough knowledge of sales processes, purchasing, and product understanding
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
      - Valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record and ability to travel as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in inside sales progressing to outside sales roles
      - Familiarity with ITAR regulations and compliance
      - Experience in the electrical components industry
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
      - Proven track record of achieving sales objectives in a competitive market
