- Drive revenue growth in emerging or underpenetrated market segments and application areas
- Establish strong branding and revenue base over a defined period
- Develop high-level relationships with strategically impactful customers to enhance market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategies and business analytics
- Attend and support trade shows and industry conferences to generate leads and maintain market knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Associate's Degree or higher
- 2-3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in an industrial setting
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Working knowledge of sales in Aerospace & Defense, Oil & Gas, and Renewable sectors
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling electrical components, systems, or assemblies
- Familiarity with submarine connectors and related technologies
- Ability to sell value (total cost of ownership) versus price
- Experience in developing and presenting revenue forecasts
