What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of prior experience in field sales
- Residency in Miami with a valid driver's license and a vehicle
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Experience with sales processes focused on onboarding and activation
- Results-driven attitude with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in the Russian language
- Experience in the beauty industry
- Background in selling for technology or SaaS companies
- Familiarity with utilizing Salesforce to manage sales processes
- Experience working with small business clients
