      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Define critical markets and develop key relationships in the assigned sales territory to drive solution selling
      - Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts to identify design opportunities and address business challenges
      - Ensure customer satisfaction related to supply chain management and value-added services
      - Prepare and present comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) to drive sales and improve customer service
      - Develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the employer's offerings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of field sales experience
      - Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry
      - In-depth understanding of the electronic components industry
      - Proven ability to articulate and execute complex strategies
      - Proficiency in sales tracking systems such as SalesForce.com and Oracle

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Recent industry experience in the assigned market/territory
      - Ability to promote and sell value-added supply chain and full life cycle programs
      - Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment
      - Innovative mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo
      - Extensive understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics industry
