      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve or exceed sales quotas and objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Associate Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of five (5) years of cold call sales experience
      - Proven track record of teamwork and collaboration with support resources
      - Must maintain a valid driver's license and provide a reliable vehicle for travel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
      - Knowledge of sports and associated equipment
      - Sales experience in the sporting goods industry
      - Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications
      - Ability to work in various environments, including team locker rooms and gymnasiums
