What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect new beauty business customers primarily through cold calling and social media
- Offer product demonstrations and assist customers with initial setup tailored to their needs
- Complete the sign-up process and collaborate with the Onboarding team for account activation
- Maintain exceptional customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation
- Meet established sales targets and maintain organized records of customer interactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in cold calling or similar sales roles
- Strong customer-oriented approach with exceptional listening, persuasion, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and accountability skills
- Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team
- Conversational level proficiency in English; proficiency in Spanish is required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Experience in the beauty or tech sector
