What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales through account management and new business development in the Processor segment
- Meet or exceed sales and margin KPIs while developing customer relationships
- Promote new products and implement pricing strategies within accounts
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to ensure inventory levels are maintained
- Participate in industry events and collaborate with vendors for innovative solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2+ years of inside/outside sales experience
- Practical sales experience in food/meat processing, industrial processing, or related markets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to effectively plan sales activities
- Strong results orientation and a high level of personal accountability

- Experience in paper, packaging, janitorial/sanitation, or food service distribution industries
