      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Train and motivate new and tenured Territory Managers to exceed segment plans through field visits
      - Collaborate with Regional Managers to identify coaching opportunities and facilitate onboarding
      - Conduct weekly field visits to assist Territory Managers in achieving their objectives
      - Develop tailored training strategies based on individual assessments of Territory Managers
      - Provide follow-up reports highlighting strengths and areas for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
      - Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical environment, sales, and/or training and mentoring role
      - Experience in the medical products industry preferred
      - Clinical knowledge of ECG interpretation and basic cardiac anatomy preferred
      - Proven history of success in sales and dedicated coaching/training experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with physicians in a medical or hospital setting
      - Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
      - Proficient in project management and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and audio-visual equipment
      - Ability to effectively communicate across various levels of the organization
