What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain Field Engineer schedules with advanced job assignments
- Communicate with external customer contacts to schedule job assignments
- Provide daily updates to the Account Field Manager on workload schedules
- Update project management software with actual and estimated completion dates
- Track and manage project milestones and deliverables

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year in Administrative or Coordinator roles
- Experience in telecommunications is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- SCRUM Master certification preferred
- PMP Certification preferred
- Understanding of OSP Telecommunications terminology
