      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform on-site installation, servicing, and repair of multidimensional equipment and systems
      - Conduct scheduled planned maintenance visits
      - Provide problem-solving and repair support for customers and field service personnel
      - Develop positive working relationships with customers, system users, and company personnel
      - Complete technical training and travel to customer sites as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum education requirement: Undergraduate degree in electronics, physics, engineering, computer science, or similar field preferred; or 5 years+ of equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience
      - 4+ years' experience operating, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating complex analysis tools such as SEM, TEM, FIB, Prober, or similar systems (preferred)
      - Detailed understanding and extensive experience problem-solving and repairing ultra-high vacuum and high voltage systems
      - Ability to partner effectively with customers
      - Excellent interpersonal communication skills; professional working proficiency in English

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Ultra High Vacuum (UHV)
      - Experience operating O-scopes, digital multimeter, and logical problem-solving
