What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Disassemble and reassemble machines for repair or replacement of components
- Conduct system analysis to improve customer efficiency and propose enhancements

- Assist in testing and development of new software and hardware solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to travel 80% of the time, including same-day rapid travel on-call
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to problem-solve
- Experience with hand tools, multimeters, and automation logic

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service within a technical environment
- Background in engineering or related fields
- Familiarity with wiring schematics and troubleshooting automation systems
