As a Field Service T echnician a t Pi t ney Bowes, you will play a key role in t he Clien t 's life cycle and experience. We are seeing mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working in a clien t - facing environmen t . In t his role , you w i ll provide service t o a varie t y of clien t s and suppor t field service f or all our shipping and mailing t echnology , from Inser t ers t o Lockers. A successful Field Service T echnician is clien t -cen t ric, has s t rong cus t omer service, is comfor t able managing significan t windshield t ime, and has experience repairing or t roubleshoo t ing bo t h hardware and sof t ware solu t ions.

Your primary service area will be wi t hin 2 hours of Memphis, TN ; some t ravel beyond t his radius may be required .

In t his role, you will have a consistent Monday–Friday schedule working in alignmen t wi t h t radi t ional office hours (some over t ime may be required ). T he wage range for t his posi t ion is $22 t o $26 / hour , wi t h t he ac t ual pay dependen t on your skills and experience as t hey rela t e t o t he job requiremen t s and t he loca t ion where you will be performing t he job.

T his posi t ion is eligible t o earn a n incremen t al incen t ive of 10% on any sale of service or par t s you presen t t o Pi t ney Bowes clien t s .

• Work in a 100% client-facing capaci t y as a represen t a t ive of Pi t ney Bowes

• Cover a mul t i-zip code t erri t ory requiring significan t windshield t ime

• U t ilize hand t ools or small power t ools t o execu t e repairs, Main t enace, and ins t alla t ions of Pi t ney Bowes Shipping and Mailing equipmen t

• Main t ain a safe and clean work environmen t

Your Background

As a Field Service T echnician, you have

• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation

• T he abili t y t o lif t 55 lbs + wi t h or wi t hou t accommoda t ion

• T he abili t y t o t ravel wi t hin a mul t i-zip code t erri t ory wi t h up t o 80% windshield t ime

• T he abili t y t o bend, squa t , s t oop, or s t and for ex t ended periods of t ime

• Comple t e familiari t y wi t h a Windows environmen t and basic knowledge of PC and Ne t working (Preferred)

• Experience wi t h au t oma t ed equipmen t (Preferred)
