      Job Description:

      As a Field Service Technician at Pitney Bowes, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the client experience throughout their lifecycle.

      This is a Remote role that will be within 3 hours of Seattle. Some travel beyond this radius may be required.

      In this role, you will have a consistent Monday through Friday schedule working in alignment with traditional office hours. Overtime may be required.

      The wage range for this position is $22 to $28 per hour, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.

      This position is eligible to earn an incremental incentive of 10% on any sale of service or parts you present to Pitney Bowes clients.

      You are a mechanically inclined individual who thrive in a client-facing environment. You will provide exceptional service to a diverse range of clients, supporting field service for all our shipping and mailing technology, from Inserters to Lockers.

      You will:

      • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
      • Repair and troubleshoot both hardware and software solutions, minimizing client callbacks.
      • Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes Shipping and Mailing equipment, and train clients on its use.
      • Cover a multi-zip code territory within 4 hours of Tri-Cities area in Washington, with up to 80% driving time. Travel beyond this radius may be required.
      • Use hand tools or small power tools to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations.
      • Always maintain a safe and clean work environment.

      Your Background as a Field Service Technician, you:

      • Enjoy working on and repairing mechanical or electrical components.
      • Comfortable managing significant driving time and working in a field-based role.
      • Motivated by the opportunity to earn additional income through sales of services or parts.
      • Ability to lift over 55 pounds with or without accommodation, and to bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods.
      • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
      • Familiarity with Windows environment and basic knowledge of PC and Networking (Preferred).
      • Experience with automated equipment (Preferred).
