      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Troubleshoot electro-mechanical, inkjet-based systems and perform preventive and corrective maintenance
      - Report activities in a timely manner using CRM software (Salesforce)
      - Execute software and hardware upgrades for complex systems
      - Install Nano Dimension’s 3D printer and provide application support and training
      - Collaborate with R&D and other stakeholders to improve customer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer, specifically with electro-mechanical equipment
      - Strong electrical background with experience in calibration
      - Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills in English
      - Proven customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
      - Must be a US citizen with the ability to travel up to 80%

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with inkjet-based systems is an advantage
      - Knowledge of e-CAD or m-CAD design tools
      - Familiarity with Salesforce software
      - Strong hands-on approach to problem-solving
      - Excellent interpersonal skills as a team player
