What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide installation, onboarding, training, and ongoing support for diagnostic products and services
- Manage customer relations and education post-sale, ensuring successful implementation of systems
- Conduct troubleshooting and follow-up activities to resolve installation issues
- Collaborate with sales and technical support teams to address client needs and enhance service delivery
- Log all customer-related activities accurately and in a timely manner

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant technical experience, with a track record of success
- Previous experience in veterinary medicine and customer service preferred
- Familiarity with IHD diagnostics and related processes
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer networks
