What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide outstanding installation, onboarding, and training support for customers
- Plan, schedule, and perform Reference Lab onboarding and IHD installations
- Conduct troubleshooting on system performance to improve customer self-sufficiency
- Maintain detailed documentation of all customer-related activities
- Serve as an on-site liaison between customers and the employer
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in a related field preferred, or a combination of education and industry experience
- Minimum of 4 years relevant technical experience with demonstrated success
- Previous veterinary medicine background and customer service experience preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer networks
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and manage time effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with in-house diagnostics utilization, installation, and training
- Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities during a heavy workload
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented attitude
- Familiarity with IHD diagnostics experience, including collection and testing
- Willingness to assist in areas outside of assigned responsibilities as needed
