What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Automation technical inquiries and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular on-site technical support to clients regarding equipment installation and functionality.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on equipment features and applications.
- Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback for improvements.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates Degree in a related field required, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- 2+ years of AutoCAD and/or Revit Design experience OR 2+ years in the component manufacturing industry.
- Ability to read and understand prints and schematics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project management experience or a firm understanding of project management principles.
- Experience using small hand-power tools, including reading a tape measure with 1/32-inch increments.
- Strong focus on customer service.
