We are a manufacturing facility located on the SW side of Cedar Rapids, IA, specializing in a broad range of aluminum feed transportation equipment. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Final Assemblers.

Work Environment
The work environment is cool in the winter and warm in the summer, maintaining a clean space for a manufacturing facility. We have around 150 employees, with 90 on the 1st shift, 40 on the 2nd shift, and are building out the 3rd shift. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and a t-shirt. Welders will need a welding jacket and hood. 2nd Shift hours are 2-10:30pm and 3rd Shift hours are 10:30pm-6am. The 1st shift is currently full with hours from 6-2:30pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
