Our 18-month Finance Acceleration Program is designed for ambitious, driven individuals ready to take on the challenges of corporate finance in a leading global healthcare company. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in high-stakes projects with both local and global significance, setting you on a path toward a rewarding professional or management career in finance.

Program overview

• Three department rotations: Gain exposure to key financial functions by rotating through corporate finance, local finance, and Fresenius SE, our parent company. You'll experience different facets of our business while working closely with cross-functional teams and leaders.
• Global assignment: One of your rotations will take you abroad, with exciting possibilities in locations such as the USA, France, and many more. You’ll engage in high-impact projects that contribute to Fresenius Kabi’s global mission.
• Board/Management-driven project: You will take ownership of a strategically significant project that directly influences our corporate goals. Your impact will grow in proportion to your contributions, with senior management actively engaged in steering your progress.
• Executive mentorship: Throughout the program, you’ll have access to senior executive mentors, who will guide you through regular feedback and self-reflection phases to ensure your growth and success.
• Development weeks: At the beginning, middle, and end of the program, dedicated weeks will focus on your professional and personal development, equipping you with the skills and insights needed for a successful finance career.

Your Career Path

• After completing the program, participants typically move into leadership roles within corporate finance, such as Team Lead or will take on a pivotal role as subject matter expert, based on individual strengths and performance.
• By rotating through multiple departments, you’ll gain a comprehensive overview of the finance landscape, helping you determine your ideal career path within Fresenius Kabi.

Your Development

• Your progress will be measured by feedback from key stakeholders and the outcomes of your work. We believe in learning through doing, and you’ll have the chance to prove your ability in a real-world, dynamic environment.
• You’ll receive ongoing support from experienced colleagues, and tailored internal training programs will be provided to further develop your skills. External training may be an option, but it’s the hands-on experience and mentorship that will truly accelerate your development.

Your profile

• A Master’s degree or MBA in finance, economics, or strategy with at least one year of relevant work experience, or a PhD with excellent academic performance.
• Firm understanding of accounting, controlling, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
• High degree of mobility and flexibility, with the ability and interest to work internationally.
• Strong analytical skills, a passion for solving complex problems, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multicultural and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced skills in MS Office and SAP.
