      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking a Finance Analyst within the Technology Finance Central Vendor Team. As part of this team, you will support the processes associated with the management of third part spend including the execution of contracts, forecasting and budgeting of the spend, and making sure commitments are strategically aligned with organizational visions.


      In this role, you will:

      • Participate in functions related to financial research and reporting of 3rd party spend in support of the Technology business.
      • Create, track and report on key metrics, as well as other financial analysis related to business performance, operating statistics and strategic reviews.
      • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the scope of responsibilities.
      • Research moderate to complex financial data in support of management decision-making.
      • Create and report on various activities such as OKRs, scorecards, adherence to process activities.
      • Exercise independent judgment to guide key metrics creation and validation
      • Develop executive level reporting that meets brand standards and internal control standards through advanced PowerPoint presentations.
      • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.


      Required Qualifications:

      • 2+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education



      Desired Qualifications:

      • Experience in using and manipulating large amounts of data including the ability to build reporting withing tools, i.e. PowerBi
      • Ability to present and drive process change across a large organization
      • Attention to detail, experience with entries that impact financial statements
      • Desire to learn complex processes and the confidence to offer suggestions on how to improve them
      • Advanced Microsoft Productivity suite skills e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word
