Job Description:

As a part of PF&A Finance group, this role most provides financial support in the areas of reporting, analysis, planning to the Services Supply Chain team with the objective of proactively supporting business decisions through timely and accurate financial information, effective processes, and sound business recommendations. In this role you would work closely with business owners, finance teams across all Regions and with other teams inside and outside of CFO organization

Basic Qualifications:

It’s a requirement for the position be analytic over all data and results submitted under her/his responsibility, it’s means to ensure the account balances are accurate and supported by monthly cost/expenses or accruals, which will be done performing the following tasks:

• Confirm if the accounts have the correct expenses according following the NCR Voyix policies.
• Filled and submitted the Financial weekly/monthly reports – ensure all data are accurate.
• Check the month end results and calculate the accruals for the missing expenses or any additional identified risk.
• Book account journals when needed – accruals or reclassifications.
• Presenting the weekly pulse call results for the estimate month/quarter end results.
• Establish a close contact with budget owners to build the plan/forecast with solid reference.
• Provide the monthly account reconciliation when requested.
• Provide the support to Internal/external auditory when requested.
