What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Record and categorize transactions using NetSuite or other ERP systems
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure financial accuracy
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including generating and sending invoices
- Prepare and send customer contracts for e-signature, ensuring documentation is complete
- Support audit preparation and coordinate with external accounting or legal partners as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in a finance and operations role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in NetSuite for transactional use, reporting, and navigation
- Familiarity with Salesforce for managing sales and finance-related workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
- Full professional proficiency in Hebrew (written and verbal)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with tools like Bill.com, Expensify, or similar expense/reporting systems
- Previous experience in finance or operations roles within tech companies or startups
- Familiarity with U.S. accounting or bookkeeping standards
