What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and long-range financial planning for the Crypto team's objectives
- Analyze and forecast the financial impact of marketing incentives and promotions in collaboration with Marketing partners
- Ensure monthly P&L accuracy by partnering with the crypto accounting and operations team
- Present key financial insights to senior leadership by analyzing results and identifying metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize strategic opportunities and influence critical business decisions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.A. in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional work experience in finance & strategy roles, including 2+ years supporting business partners
- High proficiency in Excel and Google Suite products
- Excellent analytical financial modeling and forecasting skills
- Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency and high standards

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in consumer fintech products is a plus but not required
