As a result of our steady growth plan within the Finance function of our business, we are looking for a Finance Assistant to join the team! You will play a key role within the Finance Operations function. You'll be part of a business which works with some of the world’s biggest brands, including TopShop, Lego, Asos, GymShark and Google … to name a few!

Key Responsibilities

On a day to day, you will be responsible for:

• Finance and bookkeeping for both the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Data entry and cleansing
• Supporting the PO process, including chasing approvals for requests
• Preparing weekly payment runs including expenses
• Assisting with the month end preparations
• Liaising with the rest of the Finance Operations team
• Assisting with ad-hoc analysis / one-off projects

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• Experience in a Finance Assistant role, or a Graduate/School Leaver with a clear interest in Finance.
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, prioritisation and time management skills
