      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze monthly and quarterly results regarding facility performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods; provide insights and recommendations on business trajectory
      - Drive decision-making using analytics to support initiatives of the Financial Operations and Operations team
      - Generate standard monthly operating and financial reports; participate in monthly review calls with leadership
      - Build financial models and projections for transactions with physician investors and potential mergers
      - Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, assisting in presentations to senior leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a business field (Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration)
      - 3-5 years of relevant experience
      - Strong analytical skills, critical thinking abilities, and intellectual curiosity
      - Knowledge of basic accounting principles and familiarity with financial statements and reporting
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and excellent communication skills
