What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of M&A transactions, partnerships, and other growth opportunities
- Analyze financial data and develop complex financial models
- Prepare presentations for stakeholders, including executive management and the board
- Conduct industry benchmarking and research
- Assemble due diligence information for potential M&A transactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong cross-functional teamwork and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional numeracy skills and passion for data analysis
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in investment banking, consulting, or M&A advisory
- Understanding of financial modeling and corporate finance concepts
- CFA, CBV, MBA, or related designations
