- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide insights into the company's financial performance and trends.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, including the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Monitor and analyze cash flow and working capital management to optimize financial resources and ensure adequate funding for operational needs.
- Provide financial leadership and support to cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making and business performance.
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Lead and develop the finance team.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience in a finance leadership role in big organizations, with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within a projects/technical environment
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing and motivating teams to achieve goals
- Excellent English language skills
