Job Description

• Provide leadership and direction in developing relevant business information, accurate accounting systems and timely financial reports for both internal and external use;
• Working with external accounting firm to ensure that the company complies to financial requirements;
• Responsible for the month-end and year-end closings for Polish and Group purposes;
• Analysis and explanation of major variances vs. forecast and plan;
• Management of Tax declaration, tax reporting, VAT (reversed VAT when applicable);
• Coordination/preparations of transfer pricing documentation and TPR form;
• Preparation of forms to statistical office (GUS) and national bank (NBP);
• Control Cash flow; cash flow forecasting;
• Major customers invoicing;
• Continuous development of accounting processes, financial reporting and finance systems;
• Advising MD on company performance and long-term business and financial planning;
• Lead the annual budgeting process;
• Project profitability analysis.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• Master's Degree of Finance and Accounting, economic or relevant;
• Very good knowledge of Polish accounting standards and tax law;
• Experience in financial planning & analyses;
• Good knowledge of Excel;
• Knowledge of Power Query would be an assets;
• Ability to easily communicate in English;
• Friendly approach to communication as well as an eagerness to support co-workers:
