What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively participate in change management and process improvement initiatives to maximize value through tools and systems
- Provide business project support on behalf of the Finance Master Data Governance team, ensuring adherence to data models and governance policies
- Follow and champion project management principles, maintaining project plans and documenting roles and responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, maintenance, and validation of master data records for financial systems
- Document and educate team members on definitions and models of Finance Master Data elements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of functional work experience in Data Governance frameworks and best practices
- Highly proficient with SAP Finance Master Data elements, including tables and data management tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with varied stakeholders
- Experienced in project management principles and working through project lifecycle
- Fluent in spoken and written English; any additional language is an advantage

- Experience with SAP S4 and SAP MDG in integrated environments
- Strong ability to envision, model, and design to optimize complex business processes
