Perform basic finance functions, including preparing, collecting, and interpreting financial information.
Assist with group spending management, including budgets, reports, forecasts, and processing transactions.
Apply financial and accounting principles to address moderately complex problems and projects.
Create and proofread reports, presentations, and communications while maintaining project plans and documentation.
Provide administrative support to the executive Finance and Accounting leadership team, including preparing documents and correspondence, assisting with invoice processing, budgeting, and expense control, managing calendars and scheduling key meetings, and organizing large meetings and events.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of work experience in a finance or accounting position, OR 4-7 years of work experience in a finance or accounting position.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with broad knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented approach to collaboration and support.
Self-motivated and curious, eager to learn and adapt quickly to new software applications.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to exercise independent judgment within defined guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with 1-3 years of work experience in finance or accounting, and proficiency in Google Software Suite and SAP or equivalent.
