What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the University Tax Manager with analyzing and compiling tax information for reporting to federal, state, and local authorities
- Prepare and analyze various tax returns/reports, focusing on international tax reporting and withholding
- Facilitate the withholding process in collaboration with departments and stakeholders
- Review and recommend improvements to tax reporting processes
- Process financial system documents to ensure compliance with internal policies and governmental standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A four-year college degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Three to five years of progressively responsible work experience in accounting, auditing, or management
- Knowledge of international tax issues and nonresident reporting software
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including students, employees, and vendors
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with nonresident reporting software, specifically International Tax Navigator
- Familiarity with treaty analysis and substantial presence tests
- Proven track record of working effectively with nonresident stakeholders
