      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage resolution of daily incoming and outgoing phone and email requests across all Accounts Payable functions
      - Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex exceptions within defined service level agreements
      - Review and reconcile supplier statements, resolving unapplied credits and refund checks
      - Create and track Service Station incidents for internal and external customers
      - Partner with various accounting divisions to ensure accuracy of financial records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related field, or any level degree/certification with 1+ year of experience
      - Proven experience partnering with internal and external customers
      - Ability to deliver high levels of customer service
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a team environment
      - Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials
      - Working knowledge of AS400 systems
